Drake Safety offers a service where a WHS professional can be engaged on a casual, contract or permanent basis, to assist your company with a wide range of safety related requirements.
In accordance with the recruitment services provided by Drake International, Drake Safety will recruit, screen, interview and arrange the placement of a WHS professional to meet the specific requirements determined at the time of ordering. This service allows your company to have a flexible resource to focus on safety aspects, without the need to employ someone directly through the business.
Having flexibility of the services of a contractor/consultant, to work within your business to develop, implement and enhance your safety practices, allows you to control the expenses and reduce the requirement as the project draws closer to a successful conclusion.
You may need to engage someone for a short period for a specific project or for larger projects you may need to engage someone for an initial period on a fulltime basis at the start of the project and reducing their hours as the project progresses. These roles can range from fulltime, part time or casual roles, allowing a business to implement a full WHS program or just to cover periods of leave (i.e. extended annual leave, long service leave or maternity leave), to continue maintaining the current programs implemented by the incumbent and withdrawing their services at the end of the contract period.
Drake Safety covers all Workers Compensation, Superannuation and Payroll taxes costs for the employee, only invoicing you for the hours they work, at the pre-agreed rate. Therefore where a WHS professional is required for a short to medium period, engaging someone on a casual or contract basis, assists in managing and maintaining budget control and Human Resource allocations required to manage the employee.
